The Firm

Walter Stevens has been practicing law since 1987 in his hometown of Miami Florida. He has been advocating for his clients in the specialized realm of construction litigation as head of his own practice since 1995.

Walter has a unique understanding of construction litigation due to his degree in Engineering from the University of Miami and his experience as a Civil Engineer and Inspector. He specialized in structural analysis, design, and inspection. After three years in the Engineering field, Mr. Stevens decided to go back to his Alma Mater and obtain his Juris Doctorate.

Mr. Stevens is a member of the Florida State Bar Association and has spent his career building meaningful, and long-lasting relationships with his clients throughout the South Florida region.
